Ramada By Wyndham Watertown Thousand

Amazing place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with tech issues. I highly recommend it for a cozy retreat.

Exceptionally comfortable and perfect hotel, efficient staff, liked wonderful location close to Watertown and even the thousand islands bridge. The food provided was good. We lived in the triple room with comfortable beds, excellent water pressure plus a microwave. The free parking was on-site, excellent service.

We truly enjoyed best possible and peaceful location of this place.

Very nice experience there. Delicious and very good options for breakfast with pan cakes and waffles and sausages. Terrific service, free parking available on site.

Triple room was the best. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was great! I could park the car onsite. The location was wonderful and excellent, close enough to all the other stores, Watertown and all restaurants and mall/movie theater. It also was close to restaurant.

A warm getaway near the mall

Our family loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. The breakfast options were good, especially the pancake maker that entertained my toddler!

Unfortunately, the noise levels in the hall were quite disruptive, especially with some guests being overly loud late at night.

The hotel was located in easy access to get on and off the highway and was very close to main shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent.

Liked the place, had a very pleasant stay for a fast visit...

Room was spotless! It was cleaner than some of the more expensive places.

Halls were dark. Need more lighting at night.

It was clean . pool was nice .location was wright in the middle of everything.

Bathroom fan was broken .bed was too hard for my liking.

My first Ramada stay n the last one. Room smelled molded even switched to another one.

No breakfast was included. Hotel was dated but ok for a one night stay.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the quiet atmosphere and the complimentary breakfast. The room was better than expected and very clean. I would definitely return!

The hotel was pet-friendly, a huge plus for us since we brought our dog along. The room was spacious with a clean wooden floor, and we made the most of the outdoor pool, a hit with the kids.

My kids wished the gym had more activities, as they were bored after a while. Adding a few more family-friendly games or activities could really enhance the experience for families.

Ramada is a good hotel, well run and in a good location.

There is only one point and I have already mentioned it to the duty manager on the day we departed (21 July 2011) and that I thought that he bath romm tub and shower lacked some safety devices, namely wall bars and better anti-slip strips on the floor of the tub. The duty manager said that she would look into this. We were in room 340.
